The retreat will be held at La Sukha Vita retreat space location in Roseto ( the property is 2 hour north west of Bari international airport)

The VMI team will provide a return shuttle coach from Bari international at no extra cost.

Yes, there will be 3 organic meals provided each day. On Monday, 9th departure day we'll provide breakfast before check-out.

No and yes. We want you to be clear, however we are in Italy so dinner will be served on Saturday with red and white wine.

A packing list will be provided, but just comfortable clothes (it'll be summer in Italy so bring breathable clothes).

You are more than welcome to bring your own instruments so you can take part in the musical manifestation that will occur during the retreat.

There will be a variety of exercises on the voice and movement physical, mental, emotional Q & A, and mindfulness reflection. Fitness will be available to attend at leisure every morning. Workshop experiences will be held indoors and outdoors depending on the task. A basic outline agenda will be emailed to you upon purchase of your place.
